我爸以前開了一家印刷廠，生意做得也不算大，但是效益挺好的，因為老爸這個人對別人很友好，所以廠子的效益也不錯。近幾年來 老爸的身體不太好，我們不想讓老爸這么操勞，就決定讓老爸回家養老，把廠子關了，可是那么大的場地，丟那卻是挺可惜的，我們商量后決定把這塊場地 出租，找了一家廣告公司，讓印一些場地 出租相關的信息，就這樣前來咨詢場地的人還挺多的，老爸說還是你們年輕人有頭腦呀，想出一個場地 出租的好辦法來。
