對於我的減重成績，其實我還是比較滿意的那種，但是我就在想，要是我再堅持一段時間的話，那麼我的減重成績是不是可以更加出色呢，我有的時候是那種做事情會有很多這樣那樣打算的人，但是在做的時候你就會因為這樣那樣的原因而被打亂，我是覺得要是我自己的話，我肯定會堅持下去去做減重，因為說實話我現在的體重比我理想之中的體重要差很多，所以說我現在也不管那麼多了，只要我能達到我所定的目標的話，那麼我做什麼事情都願意，但是減肥也是不那樣輕鬆的事情。

就是因為自己的不小心，所以我的眼鏡鏡片給打碎了，現在看來，我也只能是重新換一個眼鏡鏡片了，我就趕緊的去了之前一直買眼鏡鏡片的那家店，我到了他們店裡面之後，我發現他們店裡面現在還是有些優惠活動的，店裡面的顧客真的是很多，都說是他們店裡面的眼鏡鏡片很不錯的，後來我就趕緊的找自己喜歡的眼鏡鏡片了，等換上了新的眼鏡鏡片之後，我戴著眼鏡看了一下，我覺得真的是挺好的，這家店裡面的眼鏡鏡片質量好，價格還是很低的，所以我以后還是到他們店裡面來買眼鏡鏡片。

一直以來我都非常的胖，是從小就挺胖的那種，只不過現在胖的比較嚴重，一頓飯頂別人兩頓飯，媽媽整天都讓我少吃點，可我就是控制不住呀。雖然后來也勵志要減肥，但是我像我這種特別貪吃的人，是堅持不了幾天的。幸好我有一個好表姐，別人給她推薦了這家減肥，我也給我推薦了減肥，我們倆個一塊去了減肥，以為自己堅持不下來，沒想到他們的方法真的非常靈驗，現在的我已經跟胖這個詞沒有關係了，非常開心，自己選擇了減肥，真的非常棒。
